decent place for exploring hoi an. only 20 min walk to downtown. the breakfast was excellent and there were a huge variety of options. we really loved air-conditioned room with cable channels, a mini bar fridge and a sitting area.

Cam Pho district deserves to be explored. The accommodation included buffet breakfast.
